At Redgate Preschool, we believe in the unique nature of early childhood education. For a child's learning potential to be realized, activities must be developmentally appropriate for the age and stage of children in the class and responsive to individual differences. We believe to be true what research has shown and what is stated in the National Association for the Education of Young Children's position statement: Children learn best by DOING activities that have relevance in their lives. We believe that young children progress and grow with all aspects of development involved.
